Bulk change field values in Projectrak Advanced Edition

With the Bulk change feature, you can efficiently update field values for multiple projects at once. This feature is exclusive to the Projectrak Advanced edition and helps streamline project management by saving time and reducing manual effort.
How to modify several the field value on several projects
1. Access the Bulk Change Option
Navigate to the Project navigator.
Use the filters to leave on the view the projects you want to update.
Click the "Bulk change" button in the toolbar.
2. Select the field to update
In the pop-up dialog, choose the field you want to update from the dropdown menu. If you miss a specific field to update, request for it in our support portal.
3. Define the new value
Input the desired value for the field.
Leave the value blank if you want to clear the field for all the selected projects.
Confirm your selection by checking the acknowledgment box.
4. Process and confirmation
Click "Save" to apply the changes.
The system will display a progress indicator showing the status of the update.
Changes are irreversible once confirmed. Double-check the selected projects and values before applying.
If there are any errors or restrictions, such as permission issues, you’ll be notified in the final step.
