Issue filters
Issues filters allow to delimit the set of issues that Workload taken into account to calculate workloads.
There are 4 available filters in Workload:
| Filtro | Descripción |
|---|---|
| JIRA filter | Workload will only take the issues that will return an existing filter in JIRA |
| Start date | Workload will take the custom field you are instructed as the starting date for calculating workloads instead of using the current day |
| End date | Workload will take the custom field you are instructed as end date ("Due Date") for calculating workloads instead of using the value of ending date of the issue itself |
| Current date | Workload will take the day indicated in the field as if it was the current day for calculating the workload provided for that purpose |
