Selecting the end date

It is possible to specify in Workload if you wish to use a specific custom field as the end date for calculating workloads instead of using the issue’s own end date.

As the image shows, no custom field is selected by default, meaning the workloads will be calculated assuming each issue’s end date.

Example

Assume there are four issues with the following information:

These are the workload values shown in Workload for user “Xavi Alonso”. There is no specific custom field used for the end date:

As we can see, the workloads are calculated using each issue’s own end date.

If the “Real End Date” custom field is used for the end date, Workload will recalculate the workloads using each field’s “Real End Date” value:
