Before you start
To use Automation for Jira with Projectrak, you first need to set up an authorization → Setup - ⚙️ Create a Projectrak authorization
If your flows are project-scoped (rather than instance-wide), you will also need to define the scope of your projects → Setup - ⚙️ Define the scope of projects in a rule
