Uninstalling Workload

Uninstalling Workload from the Universal Plugin Manager (UPM)

To uninstall Workload from the UPM:

1. Log in as a user with JIRA Administrator permissions.
2. Select 'Admin' > 'Plugins'
   
3. Click on the “Manage plugins” section
4.  In the “User installed plugins” section, click on Workload 
5. Click “Uninstall”. The following dialogue box will appear:
   
   
   
   
6. Click “Continue”
   
   
   
   
   
7. Once the plugin is uninstalled, you will see the message:
   
   
   
   

Uninstalling Workload manually

To uninstall Workload manually:

1. Turn off the web server
2. Delete the .jar file from the "JIRA home directory" in the plugins/installed-plugins/ directory.
3. Restart the web server
4. Reindex JIRA

Disabling Workload

To disable Workload:

1. Log in as a user with JIRA Administrator permissions.
2. Select 'Admin' > 'Plugins.
3. Click on the 'Manage plugins' section.
4. In the 'User installed plugins' section, click on Workload.
5. Click 'Disable'
