General Configuration

The general options in Workload can be specified in the General Configuration:

To access the “General options”:

1. Log in as a user with JIRA Administrator permissions.
   
   
2. Select the "Add-ons" option in the Admin menu:
   
   
   
   

3. Look for the Workload section at the left of the screen and click on “General options”.
   
   
   
   

The general options that can be configured are:

• Main group: Lets you define the group of users who will be able to see and use Workload.

• Show start date selection: Enables or disables the option to select a custom field for the start date of the issues shown in Workload.

• Show end date selection: Enables or disables the option to select a custom field for the end date of the issues shown in Workload.

• Show current date selection: Enables or disables the option to select a date to be used by Workload as the current date when calculating workloads.

• Use Fiesta: Enables or disables the option to use the Fiesta plugin with Workload.
