Monthly reports
Monthly Reports is a new feature in Exporter designed to help PMOs and project stakeholders track key metrics effortlessly. Instead of building custom filters or navigating through Jira’s complexity, you can now generate scheduled reports based on predefined templates tailored for portfolio oversight, team performance, and project visibility.
These reports are fully integrated with Exporter and are delivered monthly in your preferred format (Excel or CSV), giving you a reliable overview of your work without manual effort.
How to configure a Monthly report?
Navigate to the Exporter home page, where you will encounter a card labelled "Monthly Report."
From the three available templates, choose the one that best suits your needs, and then click on the “Create Monthly Report” button to proceed.
The configuration modal will appear, allowing you to choose the desired format or add metadata. Additionally, you will have the option to specify when you would like to receive the report, including the specific day of each month and the preferred time.
To complete the configuration, simply click on the "Schedule export" button, and your setup will be finalized.
How can I edit it?
To edit, export, or delete the report, simply navigate to the “Scheduled exports” tab on the Exporter homepage.
Locate your report in the table and click on the three-dot icon button.
Clicking this button will reveal a menu containing several actions: you can pause the report, edit it, export it immediately, or delete it.
