Scheduled export manager

To see the schedule manager you have to open the Apps menu and click on Export or schedule.

Once you are here, you need to navigate to the "Scheduled exports" tab. In this tab, you will be able to see a list of the scheduled exports you have created, with some important information about them.

Jira administrators have extended visibility and can view all scheduled exports created by any user in the instance, not just their own.

Each column shows you specific data of each export:

  • Export name: This is the name of the file. If you click on it, you can edit the export.

  • Creator: This is the owner of the export. You can click on the name and see its profile.

  • Frequency: Shows when the export will be launched.

  • Issues from: This cell shows the origin of the export. You can click on the name and it will leads you to the issues view with the export data.

  • Last file sent: when was the last time this export has been launched.

  • Status: show whether your scheduled Export is Active or Paused.

  • Sent to: This is the list of receptors. You can expand the avatar list to see them all.

  • Actions: This menu offers you more export options like:

    • Export now: you can run the export at that precise moment.

    • History: This opens a modal with the last 50 exports sent, where you can see more details of each execution.

    • Pause/activate the export

    • Edit: You can edit the name, format, content, recipients, frequency and time.

    • Delete: Delete the export permanently. Careful! You won’t be able to recover it.

 

Also, you can go to the scheduled exports through the actions menu in the Exporter modal.
