Exporter

  • Exporter only stores scheduled export information related to export name, when the export should be performed, and the JQL.

  • Exporter manage your Jira information to generate the report and give it to you. This data will not be stored on our servers.

  • Exporter don’t store information about Jira like issues, projects, configuration, schemes, etc. 

  • Exporter don’t not store your Jira credentials anywhere.

 

Projectrak

  • Projectrak only stores information related with the project filled by the user

  • Projectrak manage your Jira information to generate the report and give it to you. This data will not be stored on our servers.

  • Projectrak don’t store information about Jira like issues, projects, configuration, schemes, etc.

  • Projectrak don’t not store your Jira credentials anywhere.

Access

  • Deiser does not have access to Exporter or Projectrak stored data, as it is located in the customer's infrastructure. 

  • Exporter and Projectrak stored data is located in the same database as Jira.

Projectrak

Projectrak stores:

  • Projectrak data (Fields name, fields values, etc.)

  • Jira Projects data (Project name, project category, etc.)

  • User account ID

  • Jira instance data (base URL)

Access

  • Access to the cloud resources, including the database, is tightly controlled using a least privilege approach.

  • Access permissions are granted only to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enforced for privileged accounts.

  • We have implemented different security levels to secure the application effectively. These levels encompass infrastructure, application, and database security, ensuring comprehensive protection for our users' data and interactions.
