Problem

Dropdown fields don’t load options

The Budgety dashboard don’t load and the following error appear on the screen:

Solution

  1. Go to the Atlassian user profile and then to the Connected apps tab:
    https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/apps

  2. Remove the Budgety access.

  3. Load again Bugety at the Jira instance and grant access again
