(8.15.X) eazyBI Reports and Charts for Jira

eazyBI is a powerful app that will allow you to create easy to use custom Jira reports, charts and dashboard gadgets. Integrating Projectrak with eazyBI allows our users to take Project reporting and statistics to the next level.
How to use Projectrak in eazyBI?
Enable Projectrak as a source application in eazyBI
Projectrak versions 5.5.5 or later are supported by Private eazyBI version 4.5.1 or later.
You can import Projectrak custom fields also when using Private eazyBI. Projectrak support is disabled by default (to avoid unnecessary REST API requests). Add the following settings in the config/eazybi.toml configuration file to enable Projectrak support.

Import Projectrak fields in eazyBI
These are the Projectrak custom field types that are supported by eazyBI:
Type | Comments |
Text | Can be imported as a Project dimension property. |
Number | Can be imported as a measure and a Project dimension property. |
Date | Can be imported as a Project dimension property. |
Duration | Can be imported as a measure and a Project dimension property. Values are stored as hours. |
User Picker | Can be imported as a dimension and a Project dimension property. |
Project Picker | Can be imported as a dimension and a Project dimension property. |
List | Can be imported as a dimension (with one or multiple values per one project) and a Project dimension property. |
Status | Can be imported as a dimension and a Project dimension property. Supported since eazyBI for Jira add-on version 4.5.2 and eazyBI Private version 4.5.1 |
All available custom field names are shown with a Projectrak prefix (to ensure that names do not overlap with the standard and custom Jira issue fields).
After enable Projectrak into the file config/eazybi.toml and restart Jira you will have the Projectrak fields available in the import process:
All selected Projectrak custom field values are updated during each Jira import (also during the incremental import all fields are updated).

Supported versions
Here are the supported versions:
eazyBI's version 4.2.3 or later, supports Projectrak 4.10, including Projectrak's custom field import.
eazyBI's version 4.4.0 or later, supports Projectrak 5.2 or later.
Unfortunately, eazyBI does not support Projectrak 5.0 or 5.1
