Migration path and key feature differences between Projectrak Data Center/Server vs Projectrak Cloud.
We know that this is a subject in our customers' minds and we would like to be as clear about it as possible. At the moment, there is no way of migrating Projectrak information from Server to Cloud, unless you do that manually. Please, keep these suggestions in mind if you plan to perform this action:
- Validate the Projectrak Project fields that fulfill a business need.
- Analyze the functionality that can provide those business needs.
- Compare the features that will be available in Jira Cloud.
- Implement those fields that have been chosen and test in order to achieve the closest results.
We are planning on building a migration tool and we will keep everyone up-to-date on its progress.
