(8.2.0) Filters
You will be able to find the filter's functionality in the top right section of Projectrak's List and Releases view. To have quick access to filters you regularly use, you can give them a name and save them.
Saving a filter
1. On the right-hand side of the search section, click on the save button or save as button.
2. Enter a name for the filter you wish to save.
3. The filter will be saved and accessible in the My filters dropdown menu.
Manage filters
1. To access filter management go to My filters -> Manage filters
2. The "Manage filters" screen will allows you to: see and edit the filter's name, know the view where the filter applies, see the query for that filter, see who created and owns, the last time someone consulted the filter, if it's public or not, how many people are following that filter and the possibility to delete it.
3. Once in the page, you will see a table with all the relevant information. You will be able to edit the Filter's name, the query you filtered through and the view in which you want to see the filtered information.
4. By toggling the public switch on and off, you will also be able to share your filter with other Users. A field will show you how many users are following that filter and even the last time the filter was consulted.
5. Using the trash icon you can delete the filter.
