Project notifications

By default, every project update is sent in a separate email, and these might really pile up after some time. To avoid that, you can batch events that occurred in a similar time frame.

Reduce the number of emails you're getting and receive only one for all the project field updates that happen in the same time frame. You will receive a separate email for every project that groups changes occurred within the last 10 minutes.

Configuration

As we take care of what our customers want and need, we have also added a bit of configuration for this new feature. 
In the Jira Administration,> Manage Apps > Projectrak project notification page, you will find a switch that will allow the user to choose between gathering all the changes, which will make your email less crowded with single notification emails:
