Gomood does not store user data, credentials, or access information. We also do not store information about the Jira instance you connect to. Prompts are anonymized and we never store it.

 

Use of OpenAI for Text Processing

Gomood employs OpenAI to enhance the functionality of the application, particularly for text processing. Information shared with OpenAI includes the fields of "Summary," "Description," and "Comments" of Jira issues. It's important to note that the information shared with OpenAI may be partial and is used solely for the purpose of improving text analysis within the application.

Data shared with OpenAI is used exclusively for analysis and the enhancement of Gomood's functionality. It is not shared with unauthorized third parties, and it is not used for the purpose of identifying individual users or companies.

We take data security seriously. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us and ensure that it remains secure.

Gomood runs server-side on Atlassian’s Forge platform and store the information in issue properties and customfields.
