(3.8.X) Security Statement

Overview

Exporter allows you to export issue data from the issue navigator to Excel and CSV formats. Also allows to bulk link to another issue.

Data

• Exporter only stores scheduled export information related to export name, when the export should be performed, and the JQL. 
• Exporter manages your JIRA information to generate the report and give it to you. This data will not be stored on our servers.
• Exporter doesn't store information about Jira like issues, projects, configuration, schemes, etc. 
• Exporter does not store your JIRA credentials anywhere.

Access

• DEISER does not have access to Exporter's stored data, as it is located in the customer's infrastructure. 
• Exporter stored data is located in the same database as Jira.
