View type: Board

Board view will allows you to show values from Select List, Status and Priority field as columns and also, it will allows you to change the project values using drag and drop:

Board view is the second view of Projectrak. Access to the project navigator and then go to Board tab:

Group by a field (Select list, status or priority)

Choose the field (List, priority or status types) you want to group by. By default, it will be grouped by the Status field.

Sort/move columns

Using drag and drop, place the columns according to your needs:

Adding columns

On the right side of the Board add the columns (values) you need with the Add column button:

Hide columns

Click on the X button to the right of the name for every column to hide it, as simple as that.

Move cards

Use drag and drop and place every card according to your needs (The blue columns are those to which you can move the card and the green column is the value it had before).

Restrictions

1. When you do not have permissions to edit values, the card will be grayed out and if you try to drag it, you will see a message indicating that you do not have permissions.

2. If one of the values is disabled, you will see the message "Disabled value, not eligible" in the column and the column will be grayed out (only blue columns can receive cards).
