Microsoft PowerBI, Tableu and Google Data Studio connector (DOIT-BI)
How to use Projectrak in Power BI?
To get started with Power BI, you need to install the plugin on your Jira.
You can install a more advanced option, where you will have the ability to export data through both Power BI and Tableau:
Microsoft Power BI & Tableau Connector for Jira Cloud - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1222801/microsoft-power-bi-tableau-connector-for-jira-cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
and only through Power BI:
Microsoft Power BI Connector for Jira Cloud - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1224059/microsoft-power-bi-connector-for-jira-cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
After installing the free trial version of the plugin, you need to enable data export from Projectrak. Go to the admin page in Global Export Settings and activate Projectrak - Project Tracking for Jira.
After that, you will see a modal window with instructions for connecting Projectrak.
Now you can create a connector with Projectrak fields and then export it to Power BI.
For all exported fields, we add the Projectrack prefix to avoid confusion.
