Budgets can be linked to spaces.

You can review the budgets linked to a particular space just by navigating to the Budgety page in the space.

Budgets can be linked to work items.

You can review the budgets linked to a particular work item just by navigating to it and clicking in the Budgets button. Then, a panel will be loaded with the linked Budgets information.
