Configure mail server

This server is used for sending emails related to scheduled exports. The first step would be to access the Mail Server configuration screen by going to Jira menu > Manage your Apps > Exporter administration

You will see that none of the configurations are set. To configure these settings, select the configure mail server button.

Here you will need to enter the information from your Mail Server and save it. Now, the Mail server should be configured and you be able to schedule exports.

Permissions

The administrator will be able to decide which users or groups have access to export functionalities.

para ver los permisos se hace desde system (rueda al lado del perfil) en Jira settings entras en global permissions y ahi tienes la seccion de exporter permisos. en ella decides que grupos tienen acceso a exporter . puedes incluir tantos grupos como quieras y va por grupos no por usuarios aislados.

Jira admin son los unicos que pueden ver esta seccion: puedes añadir o borrar brupos

Default permissions 

At the installation of Projectrak the Jira administrator group will have "Configure Projectrak" permission.

The permissions by project will be set depending on your Jira products plan.

To view the permissions for Exporter, go to Jira settings > Global permissions > Access to Exporter app
