Power BI Jira Connector currently offers Projectrack integration only with Jira Cloud.
Power BI Jira Connector requires Microsoft Power BI Desktopsoftware to function.
Steps to integrate Power BI Jira Connector and Projectrak - Project Tracking for Jira
1. Navigate to Jira > Power BI > My Connector URLs.
2. To add a new connector to pull the required Projectrak fields, click Add New Connector. For more information about creating Connector URLs, refer to My Connector URLs.
3. A form is presented with Jira and Projectrak fields to create the Connector URL. The Projectrak values list the Projectrak fields. To provide the details, select the Projectrak values field.
4. To import the Projectrak data from Jira, enter the API key ID and API key. To generate API key ID and API key, follow these steps. You can Change API key for Connectors if required.
Click API key ID and API key and navigate the page with steps to generate the API key.
5. Enter the API key ID and API key to grant access to Projectrak dataand select the required Projectrak fields for the Connector URL. To save the Connector details, click Save and Close.
6. Add the Connector URL generated to Power BI Desktop as a Data Source to import the Projectrak data into Power BI. For more information, refer to Import into Power BI.
7. The Projectrak data gets imported and appears in a table format in Power BI.
